Sushi Making

1st of all, prepare all ingredients (to your likings) in strips form.... That invovles lots of cutting and washing.... remember to cook all of them before putting them into the sushi.


oppsss.... not so stripsy here.... but nevermind...


Egg with Jap mayo.

Corns with normal mayo.

Seaweeds (Nori)

Rice with sushi vinegar and salt and sugar. The rice I'm using here is just normal rice. I'm lazy to buy the Jap rice -__-

Bamboo mat, sharp knife and water.

Remember to wet the knife before cutting the sushi as this could prevent the rice from sticking to the knife and making a total mess out of it.

Maki sushi.

Hand-held sushi (forgot its Jap name).

After spending 2 hours, here's my "sweat and blood"
And they tasted as good as I could imagine them to be.
Tiring day as tons of people thronged KFC and we were serving customers non-stop.
