Easy Peasy Tom Yam Spaghetti

I didn't expect the result to be this tasty, and its super easy to cook too. But I would definitely like it to be a tad spicier.

Ingredients (according to your eating portions):
Spaghetti noodles
Sausages
Bacon
French Beans
Garlic

Sauce:
2:1 of Tom Yam paste : Chilli oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
Water

1. Cook the spaghetti till its a texture of al dente (means chewy and not to soft)

2. Slice the sausages, chop the french bean and cube the bacon.

3. Stir fry the bacon till its golden brown with a bit of oil. Drain oil and leave aside.

4. Stir fry some garlic till golden brown and add the french bean till its soften.

5. Dunk in the sausages.

6. Pour in the sauces (mix them into starchy kinda texture 1st) and fry for a while.

7. Pour in the spaghetti. Remember not to use your spatula to cut the spaghetti. With the aid of a chopstick/fork, just stir around to allow the spaghetti to be fully coated with the sauce.

8. Dunk in the bacon. Mix around.

9. Serve hot.

Absolutely delish. Its a pity if you give this recipe a miss. And by the way, I created this recipe myself so umm, I guess I should stop boasting here. Up to you, cook it with carbonara or bolognaise is still as tasty though.
