Laksa and Prawn Noodle

This is a fairly easy dish to do, like totally no cooking required and its absolutely delicious and filling. Just some boiling and blanching and no frying is needed. The most important thing would be the preparation of those ingredients and the pre-packaged sauce chosen.

Ingredients:
Eggs
Tau pok (fried bean curd)
Shredded chicken
Bean sprouts
Noodles (flat noodles, vermicelli, egg noodles, mee pok)
Pre-packaged Laksa sauce and Prawn noodle paste.

1. Cook every ingredients mention above in boiling water till cooked. Hard boil eggs = 10 minutes, bean sprouts = 2 minutes, tau pok = 30 seconds (better to cook it in the sauce), chicken breast before shredded = 15 minutes, noodles = 1 1/2 minutes.

2. Arrange everything on plate according to your sense of creativity. Noodles would be place underneath of course.
3. Boil the sauces and paste (add some water or coconut milk according to the instructions on the sauce packaging)

4. Pour the boiling sauce over those yummy ingredients.
5. Eat while its hot.
1st 3 pics are the laksa (curry) and the last 2 pics are prawn noodles, and they are totally heaven. Will make them again once I slim down (beware of the fattening content, they are like tremendously shockingly huge).
